This document outlines the rules for processing the personal data of users of the 'Catalogue of Validation Methods' website, as well as issues concerning the use of cookies on the site.

Providing personal data for the purpose of using the contact form is voluntary but necessary for handling the report (in terms of email address).

Data recipients

Recipients of personal data may include individuals or entities to whom the administrator is obliged to disclose data based on legal provisions. Data may be entrusted for processing to IT and hosting service providers.

Data processing period:

The user's personal data will be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is being processed, or until an objection is raised (if the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator), whichever occurs earlier. If the basis for processing is the User's consent, personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or the reasons justifying data processing cease to exist.

The user has the following rights:

The right to access their data and receive a copy thereof; the right to rectify their personal data; the right to erase their personal data; and the right to restrict the processing of their personal data under the rules and in the cases provided for in the GDPR provisions.

Regarding data processed on the basis of consent, the User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

In the case of processing personal data for the purpose of realising the legitimate interests of the administrator, the user has the right to object to processing for reasons related to their particular situation.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

To ensure that the Privacy Policy continuously meets the requirements imposed by legal provisions, IBE PIB reserves the right to change it at any time.
